Now, we heard some complaints on the face ID is not working with the case on. Apparently there's little trick that you need to do to make it works.

See that two dots on the top of the built-in screen protector? If you feel those areas, it is a little bit bump out compare to the rest of the surface. This might be the culprit why it affect the sensor of your face ID.

Now, how to fix this? It's quite easy.

Use the wipe provided on your LifeProof FRE case and gently wipe those two dots until the layer comes off. Then put on the case on your phone. It should fix the face ID sensor issue right away.

If you are concern whether the case works on wireless charger or not, yes it does work. But there's trick to make it work, you might need to take off the Pop Top (or Pop button if you like to call it that) before using the wireless charger.

1. Twisting the Pop Top to the left to remove.

2. Put the phone on your wireless charger.

3. It should charge your phone.

1. Prepare phone

A. Remove any case or screen cover, including Samsung's pre-installed screen cover.

B. Program your fingerprint following manufacturer's instructions.

C. Clean screen with alcohol wipe, dry with microfiber cloth.

2. Adhere Adapter

A. Pull tab to remove Adapter, exposing adhesive back (do not touch adhesive).

B. Activate display and adhere Adapter to screen over the illuminated fingerprint.

C. Press out air bubbles, hold for 30 seconds and peel away release liner slowly.

3. Adhere Adapter

A. Using included instruction, first water test then install case.

B. If adapter gets dirty and stops working, clean with alcohol wipe and air dry.

C. For best results, leave case on for 24 hours.

Is there any fix?

Of course there is! So the trick is,  you just need to change the Pressure Level from Setting.

First, you go to "Setting" and then "Display". After that, go to "Navigation Bar" then look at "Hard Press Home Button". You can change the Pressure Level here, try level 5 if you have a glass protector.

And then, voila! No more hassle when using the touch screen with screen protector.
